Application for New Referees and Umpires:
- The application process to become a referee or umpire for the 2021/2022 season is now open.
- Boys field lacrosse referees must be 13 years old by December 31, 2021
- Girls field lacrosse umpires must be 14 years old by December 31, 2021
- All applicants must be a resident of Port Coquitlam.
- Requests to become a new official MUST be submitted by Friday, Sept. 10. No more requests will be considered after that time.
- Complete the allocation form below and once it has been submitted it will be reviewed and a limited number of officials for both boys and girls field lacrosse will be selected.
- Due to the limited number of teams only a limited amount of new officials will be selected.

Please find available Lacrosse Clinic dates below. Feel free to select a date or two that you prefer, however do not register yourself. The association will require your preferred dates and complete the Clinic registration on your behalf.
