Awards and Bursaries
PCMLA BURSARY
Port Coquitlam Minor Lacrosse Association will provide two (2) five hundred dollar ($500) bursaries to graduating, grade 12, PCMLA players per year. These bursaries recognize contributions to lacrosse, and are awarded to encourage and assist in the pursuit and attainment of higher education.

Application must be submitted in PDF form only by email. To submit a hardcopy to the Promotions Manager at promotions@pocominorlacrosse.com No photos or jpeg file will be accepted.
Bursary cheques will be made out to the Institution (School) the winner will be attending, cheques cannot be made out to individuals. Bursaries will be awarded at the PCMLA Annual General Meeting in September and if at all possible winners are expected to attend to receive the bursary.

Recreational Coaching team of the Year (Glen Evans Memorial Award)
The team of coaches who best exemplifies the characteristics of an exceptional coach, modeling both lacrosse and life skills to his or her players.
Competitive Coaching team of the Year (Doug Rowland Memorial Award)
The coaching team who best exemplifies the characteristics of an exceptional coach, modeling both lacrosse and life skills to his or her players. In addition, the coach should have enjoyed some level of success.
Field Lacrosse Coaching Team of the Year
The coaching team who best exemplifies the characteristics of an exceptional coach, modeling both lacrosse and life skills to his or her players.
Team Manager of the Year (Brian Jones Memorial Award)
One manager from any division who has done the most to promote the game of lacrosse to the team.
