HOW TO REQUEST A CRIMINAL RECORDS CHECK ONLINE
Port Coquitlam Minor Lacrosse is enrolled with the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) Application Based Online Service.
The service allows our Coaches and Managers to request a Criminal Records Check via the internet.
How to access the Criminal Records Check online service:

You will required to provide the PCMLA's unique access code.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.
The results of the criminal records check are emailed directly to the PCMLA.
